What We Collect and When We Share It

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

HOW TO REACH US

Reach the Team Behind This Policy

Privacy questions should not sit in a queue for days. Our support desk handles account-data requests over live chat and email, and we log every ticket so nothing slips between shifts. Write in English and we answer in English, usually within a few working hours. If your message touches a pending withdrawal, name it in the first line so we pull that record first.

Team online

Live Chat

Chat is the quickest route for a data question. Our desk runs daily with extended evening hours for Pakistan, so send your account ID in the first message.

Email Desk

Send your request by email and say what you need: a copy of what we store, a correction, or a full closure. We reply from our own domain.

Account Requests

Ask us to correct your name, mobile number or chosen payment handle, and we update the profile once we know it is really you. Closure requests stay in writing.

WHO WRITES THIS

Who Writes and Maintains This Page

Our compliance and support teams write this page rather than an outside agency, and we keep the wording in plain Pakistani English so you can read it without a legal dictionary. When...

Written In-House

The text here comes from the same people who handle verification tickets and payment escalations, so what you read matches what our desk actually does when you message them.

Dated Revisions

Every change carries a revision date next to the heading it affects, so you can tell whether the wording you agreed to with us when you registered still stands.

Plain Drafting

We skip legal filler here. Where a clause could confuse you, we rewrite it in ordinary words and give an example pulled from an everyday Pakistani account journey.

No Data Trading

We do not sell your personal details to brokers or advertisers. Sharing happens only with processors running a specific task for us, such as clearing your JazzCash transfer.

Regional Wording

You are reading the en-PK version written for Pakistan. If you use the site from another supported region, the same principles apply, though a local processor may step in.

Named Contact Point

One team owns this page, so questions do not bounce between departments. If you ask about a clause, the person who drafted it can answer through chat or email.

How This Page Sits Beside the Others

This page covers personal data only. Rules for placing wagers, using sportsbook markets and holding an account sit on the terms page, browser storage sits on the cookie...

Privacy PolicyThe page you are reading. It covers what account data we hold, why we hold it, and the routes for asking for a copy, a fix or a deletion.
Terms of UseCovers the rules of play, how markets settle across our sportsbook, and what happens when an account is suspended or closed. Fees and currency handling for Pakistan sit here.
Cookie NoticeLists files we store in your browser, which ones keep you signed in, and which show us how the lobby is used. You control them from browser settings.
Identity ChecksDescribes how we confirm that the person behind an account matches the name on a JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast transfer before a cash-out is released.
Payment HandlingExplains processing times, conversion into Pakistani rupees, and what we do when a transfer fails midway. It also names the processors that touch your reference number on the way.
Account SecuritySets out password rules, device checks and what we ask you to do if you think someone else has reached your profile. Two-step confirmation at sign-in is covered here.
Complaints RouteIf a reply from our desk does not resolve things, the complaints page shows the escalation steps and the working hours of the team that picks the case up.

Privacy Questions We Hear Often

Only what an active account requires: your name, mobile number, date of birth and the payment handle you will use. We check those against your first local transfer.

Age eligibility and one-time codes both depend on it. The birth date tells us you can hold an account where local law permits, and your number receives our security codes.

Payment processors see only what they need to move money: a reference, an amount and the rail used. They act on our written direction and cannot sell what they see.

We hold the minimum needed for accounting, dispute and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise the rest. Write to our desk and ask which records are still open against your name.

Ask through chat or email and we prepare a file for the details linked to your profile. We confirm it is you first, then send it within a few working days.

An inactive account keeps its details until the retention period ends, unless you ask us to close it sooner. Marketing emails end as soon as you switch them off.
